Here's all the method you make Reservation

At Shinzo Omakase, we highly recommend that our customers make their reservations through Resy to ensure that they secure their preferred time slot. Resy allows for easy and convenient reservation bookings, ensuring that our customers have a hassle-free dining experience.

However, we do understand that some customers may not have access to Resy or may prefer to make their reservations through alternative means. In such cases, we do offer the option to make a reservation through phone or email. We kindly ask that you make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to prepare for your visit.

When making a reservation, we do need to collect some information from you to ensure that your visit is as smooth and seamless as possible. This includes your name, phone number, email address, and credit card details. We understand that some customers may be hesitant to provide their credit card information, but we assure you that your information will be securely stored and used only for the purpose of your reservation. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

At Shinzo Omakase, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. This allows us to make necessary adjustments to our schedule and ensure that we can accommodate other guests who may be interested in dining with us.

In the event that you fail to show up for your reservation without providing prior notice or cancel within the 24-hour timeframe, we will charge a fee of $69.00 per person. This fee will be charged to the credit card that was provided at the time of booking.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your reservation whenever possible. However, we kindly request that you provide us with as much notice as possible to avoid any inconvenience or additional fees. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide exceptional service and maintain the highest standards for all of our guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, and we look forward to welcoming you to Shinzo Omakase.

Just a quick note about tipping: you can choose the amount you'd like to tip. For our pre-calculated option, a 20% tip is included after the subtotal and tax. We also offer Custom Tips and No Tips. Tips are split based on the number of people working on that day/
